The tapered design leaves the front elevation slim whilst slightly widening the side profile, increasing acoustic volume and enhancing midrange punch.
The satellites are perfectly balanced by the sideward-firing 5” Vortex Drive™ subwoofer, creating clear and full, distortion-free sound – making for a great value speaker system that delivers top quality audio.
As well as being amongst the best computer speakers in terms of their price/performance, Exo gives you the rich bass that music lovers demand from a 2.1 speaker system.
I got some of these speakers as an affordable audio solution for a PC in our studio. The first thing you notice when you get them out of the box is the weight and build quality of the actual product, the speakers look and feel great. The entire set-up was out of the box and working within a few minutes, no software to install, in fact the most difficult thing about setting them up was clearing enough desk-space for the subwoofer. At home I have an entry-level Logitech 5.1 system on my PC so I was expecting it to be similar, it wasn't, the clarity of the sound was fantastic and when we cranked up the volume the bass was amazing. I can't rate this little system highly enough, it really showed up the failings of the system I have at home... I don't think these will be staying in the studio for long! Lastly, the little wired remote that comes with it is a joy to use and feels so well made, I love the little light around the dial and being able to plug the headphones in without digging around behind a PC tower or tracking down a satellite speaker is great!
